Our beautiful litter of Mini puppies arrived on March 15. These puppies are BEAUTIFUL, and we are so excited about their expected size. Mama, Fergie, is 15 pounds, and the daddy, Tom, is 14 pounds. (Grandfather was a TINY 12 pounds!) So we expect this litter to reach adult weights of 12-18 pounds or so. We have four boys and four girls in the most gorgeous chocolates and caramel colors. All coats are curly/spiral fleece. We currently have four spots still available in this litter.

As you can see by the puppy’s names (Which are just temporary, and can be changed by the owner…) We have joined in on the “Downton” obsession! We like to come up with fun names for the puppies each time we have a new litter, and feel the names are more personal than naming them numbers or colors…. our theme this time is the Masterpiece Theatre Series, “Downton Abbey.” =)

We have one BEAUTIFUL little mini boy with a gorgeous, thick black wavy fleece coat. This little boy is a show-stopper to be sure! He is 10 weeks old now, and ready to go home. He has been crate training for three weeks, and is doing great and now sleeps through the night. He has been socialized with both children and other dogs. He is playful, smart, and super snuggly!

Aria and Cash had a beautiful litter of EIGHT puppies! We have one sweet little guy named Grady who is ready to go home. He is expected to be 32-37 pounds at full growth. Grady is a playful and loving little boy. He has a beautiful Red coat in adorable curly fleece.

At Winsome Cottage, we spend a lot of time with each of our dogs- and wouldn’t want it any other way! This is why we have chosen to keep our breeding program smaller and more manageable. Our dogs all get the love and attention they deserve, and our top quality puppies get lots of love, affection, and even some training during the time they spend in our home.
This is the first time that we have ever had more than one litter at a time, and WOW! It has been a whirlwind of puppies around here with TWO litters! We’ll introduce you to Aria’s litter first, followed by Fergie’s litter of Minis. (Names are TEMPORARY names, and puppies can easily be given new names when they go to their new homes… we just prefer to give them names, rather than impersonal numbers or colors, etc…)
