1. Seller certifies that the
above-described Labradoodle is of sound health at the time of sale. Said puppy
comes with a 2-year genetic health guarantee for PRA (eyes) and Hip Dysplasia.
We will replace the dog if any of the above mentioned occurs with a dog from
another litter of equal value, when available at no charge other than shipping
or 50% of the purchase price will be refunded. Initial______
2. Seller must receive written proof from a licensed DMV. Seller also reserves
the right to have a 2nd opinion at sellers expense. The buyer must have puppy
examined by a competent veterinarian of their choice within 3 days of the date
and time of delivery for a well puppy exam. If there are any concerns buyer
must notify seller with in 48 hours of Veterinary appointment. Initial______
3. Current age appropriate vaccinations, worming, Micro-chipping, Spay/Neuter, medical records, Registration from the ALAA/ILA, Pedigree, and a puppy pack with puppy food. Initial______
4. If within 3 days of this
date, the puppy should become ill, you may return the dog and get a full refund
or a new dog. However if buyer takes the puppy to the vet, during this period
or incur any expense, the seller will not be responsible for any vet bills
unless prior consent is given in writing. If you have any concerns contact us

5. Your new puppy will have been seen by a veterinarian, have a health check up
with a 100% clean bill of health, appropriate shots and be wormed prior to your
receiving the puppy. Initial________
6. We ship the dog (if required) at the buyer’s expense. That runs $350.00.
That includes brand new crate (Help with crate training in puppy stage),
transportation to the airport, airline ticket, and a health certificate. We
ship direct Flights to Major airports. Initial_______
8. If said puppy needs to stay later than the pick up date of 8 weeks of age, a
$15.00 per day charge will apply for the proper food and care needed for the
puppy unless otherwise agreed upon. Initial_______
9. Buyer agrees to continue with a training
program of their choice with new puppy, to ensure good communication, positive
bonding, and the best quality of life and relationships for new puppy.
10. Buyer agrees that if FOR ANY REASON they can
no longer care for their Winsome Cottage Labradoodle puppy or dog, buyer will
never, under any circumstances turn the dog over to a dog shelter or other
similar facility. Winsome Cottage is
always available to assist and support, should there ever be a need for
rehoming a dog.
11. Acceptable payment methods are cash, cashiers checks, money orders and Pay
Pal—(If pay pal is used please add 3% to
total-Pay Pal payments can be sent to schmidtfam@gmail.com.) Please NO
PERSONAL CHECKS. Please make payments to KATHERINE SCHMIDT, (NOT Winsome Cottage Labradoodles.) By
signing this contract you have read our policies and agree to the terms and
